Born from the legacy of Los Cidrines, an iconic Puerto Rican bakery, its move to Condado called for a refined evolution. SOBAO was created—named after its signature bread—with a natural, contemporary identity that elevated the brand and positioned it seamlessly within its new setting. Its success led to the rebranding of the original Los Cidrines and the expansion into new locations.
