Brenda González-Santini
President/Owner

Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Colombia, she graduated from Pontificia

Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá with a Degree in Humanities and Communication Arts. Brenda began her professional career as a junior editor for CIAT (Centro Internacional de Agricultura Tropical), a Rockefeller Foundation based in Cali, Colombia. She returned to Puerto Rico in 1982, and began her career in advertising as a junior copywriter in McCann Erickson. She has worked for West Indies and Grey, now WING Latino; MBM, and Arteaga & Arteaga. In 1994 she decided to try business on her own, founding Adworks. During her college years she was an intern at Leo Burnett Colombia.

Brenda has been actively involved in El Hogar del Niño, Inc. in Cupey, for 14 years, a non-profit institution that houses girls 4 to 20 years old, victims of physical and sexual abuse, and neglect. She is now president of the Board of Directors for the institution and heads the Fund Raising Committee.

She also served as President of the Puerto Rico Board Sailing Association for two years; is a member of the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce, The Sales & Marketing Executives Association, Fundación Afecto in Bogotá, the Women’s World Summit Foundation (WWSF) and the PR Home Builders Association, and in 2008, was part of the Black and Blue Gala committee for MDA.
