Plan ahead… and research! We needed to anticipate as many scenarios as possible,
based on what was going on in countries that were already dealing with the outbreak
and peaks of the epidemic curve. Integrating hospital doctors and staff in our initiatives
also became effective to educate the public.

Establishing constant communication and collaboration with the client, became the key
to ellaborate a better plan and maintain a transparent and honest relationship with the
media, employees, patients and the public at large.
